Putters golf woods not really improve the initial deployment and management of putts?

Some golf putters (eg Rife and yes! Golf) have groves that demand for the OEM to reduce drag. This is supposed to make putts more consistently in the address departure. If this is true, why not experience the players use these putters?

I really think grooved putters improve the initial deployment and the direction of the golf ball. I used an Eclipse Aserti many years. Aserti was one of the first companies to put grooves in the putter. They made a new technology that puts a cross laser cut in the face that is even better than the slots. What happens is that the ball is attached to the section and whatever your swing path is straight and the ball rolls immediately. Really cool. Tour players use what works for them. Putting is such an important game, especially at this level. There are also many professionals they use a putter that doens't give them the best opportunity to make every shot. However, most of the guys touring can get the ball started in the right direction correct. No need to putter around the technology to be done today. Especially if you have used the same putter for many years. Let's face it, boxers level of the tour are phenomenal players. They could not have reached otherwise could putt. Why cahnge his putter when it is not broke. Some equipment manufacturers like Scotty Cameron believes that the weight of the ball really cause a depression in the grass under the ball. For this reason, Scotty thinks there should be an initial version of the ball on the putter to get the ball and out of this depression. It's all theory. More importantly, both the theory and the theory of the slot release of both are correct. Just find a club that looks and feels good to you. Then spend 70% of your time to practice golf. If you think you be able to put a pot on a stick.
